Fasilitator menyampaikan materi mengenal dan mengungkapkan emosi. Setelah itu, siswa menggambar tiga emosi berbeda yang pernah mereka rasakan dan situasi yang memicu emosi tersebut (emosi digambar dan diwarnai sesuai karakter emosi) di aktivitas kartu emosi.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan gambar siswa menuliskan cara mengelola emosi dan disebutkan alasannya apakah cara tersebut sehat atau tidak. Setelah mengisi tabel dua, siswa menuliskan cara mengelola emosi yang sehat berdasarkan emosi yang sudah dituliskan.<\/p>\n<p>Seusai istirahat mereka berkelompok melakukan diskusi mengenai pengelolaan emosi dan mempresentasikannya.\u00a0 Setiap siswa secara bergantian menyampaikan tiga emosi yang sudah digambar dan penyebab timbulnya emosi itu dalam kelompok. Kemudian, mereka memilah persamaan dan perbedaan dari emosi yang sudah disampaikan.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi emosi yang sama, yang ditulis satu saja. Masing-masing jenis emosi digambar di kertas manila dan dihias sebagus mungkin. Setiap kelompok mempresentasikan dengan cara <em>window shopping<\/em>. Dua anak tetap di tempat untuk mendapatkan informasi dari kelompok lain. Sementara sisanya berkeliling ke kelompok lain untuk memaparkan.<\/p>\n<p>Jam keenam mereka melihat video tentang strategi sehat menghadapi emosi negatif. Lalu, bermain tebak emosi. Guru menyediakan gambar emosi. Setiap kelompok untuk mengambil satu jenis emosi secara acak. Setiap anggota kelompok bermain peran dari emosi yang diambil. Kelompok lain menebak jenis emosi yang diperankan kelompok yang tampil.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah selesai ada sesi evaluasi dengan memberikan umpan balik.
